Ah right cool, I just turned off the HTC skin part and it got rid of it and yeah a little faster than it was.

Question, what does that SDA unlock program actually do? I've done heaps of registry editing so far to date and had no issues?

It removes the security flags (which is basically couple of registry entries under security). that allows u to perform few things from installing and running unsigned or self signed apps to editing secure parts of the registry(some parts of the reg will be locked to changes unless unlocked).

Most cooked ROMs come with default security OFF. However this one didn't. If ur using CeRegEditor, u can unlock the registry with Tools > Unlock Registry.

i also noticed something that doesn't seem to work very well any more. recording video at 320x240 in mp4 format seems to stutter a lot (around 1fps). only the last 1 or 2 second of every video are smooth, the rest stutters. lower resolution recording works ok. it definitely worked smoothly before the upgrade. apart from that i didn't notice anything that doesn't work except for the active synch via bluetooth that was mentioned before (other bluetooth connectivity works well for me). battery life seems to have improved somewhat. i can get through a whole day now with exchange server connected and not doing much except for making a few calls.
well maybe someone has a solution for the camera thingy...

Just gave mine a whirl, and it seems to be fine recording and playback through TCPMP is good. WMP is a little jumpy though. I've applied a ton of registry tweaks though including supposed performance tweaks so it might be a bit different.

Also video recording seems fine with me. Playback with WMP has no issues or lag either.

Got a strange one, when people message me words with ' in them ie they're, the ' comes up as a ? so they?re. Any clue?

Nope, words with ' are appearing perfect no ? instead, in both text messages and emails. strange occurance u have, is that on all messages and all words with ' or some?

After testing bluetooth ... it doesn't work.

In wirelee mananger, if I try to start bluetooth nothing happens. You see the waiting pointer for few seconds and it comes back with bluetooth off.

One interesting thing : While trying to setup the bluetooth device name, I can do it, but the address is always displayed as unknown ... it look like if wm6 doesn't see the bluetooth adapter.

As it seems some people are using bluetooth with Rose Rom, have you done any special tweak or flashing before to get it to work ? what rom were you using before ?

Flash the latest ROM caramba posted, he fixed this issue of nothing happening to bluetooth.
