Htc tilt rgb screen (need help)

One day I went to make a call and couldn't.. My htc tilt (AT&T) has a red, green, blue, & white screen with

I did try reflashing the rom several times... 1st few tries show the percent bar but then comes back to the RGB screen... I was able to get it as far as tap to set up the phone... and it gets to the load programs screen... loads everything then will reboot automatically.. but it goes right back to the RGB screen again..

Anyone have any ideas on what I can do (if anything) to resolve this issue? This phone is out of warranty and any suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in Advance.
