I confirm that during first use of the ROM you are not prompted to set a date and time. So I set time/date through clock on homescreen. If I go to startmenu\Instellingen\Klok-en alarmsignalen it is possible to change date and time there. So I cannot confirm Rambo's observation regarding this. That said, this may very well be, because I set the time/date earlier. And so new users of the ROM, who have not set date/time yet may experience the same issue.

With regard to 'group conversation', where am I supposed to find that ?

only little problem is that I can't seem to remove bookmarks in page "favorieten" of Opera...!?
when I press menu I can only choose "bewerken" and when I press/hold NOTHING happens...
any other way to remove??

My phone seems to freeze for no apparent reason... have to remove the battery to reboot.

I synced with myphone. loading in all my smses and contacts which worked okay.

I was also experiencing some graphical bugs with the phone when i disabled sense and went back to windows default. The start bar is missing completely, just some grey bar is left with notations of the softkeys.

The same thing happened when i installed spb mobile shell, although i dont blaim you for it since spb can't handle the start bar being down.

The location services menu is messed up and not functional.

I would really like to get rid of htc sense because for me it's the main source for all the freezes...

I have not flashed Mike's new rom but i think SPB Shell CAN work with the taskbar down (i have seen it done on a touch diamond). SPB just tents to hide the bottom bar untill u start an app that needs it offcouse. But granted: for apps like SPB Mobile shell it is not an ideal situation, they may work on this before version 4.0 commes along of the SPB app.

On a brighter note: Mike is really not to blame for a few bugs or the fact that SPB can't opperate propperly on these new builds, and i know since i am using 23071 myself and trying to get it even in NLD is ALOT of work. Let alone getting all bugs out, that should be a dayjob in itself.

Hey,

Flashed the ROM yesterday. Noticed a few things.

- When rotating Manilla in the 'Foto's en Video's' TAB the taskbar remains at the bottom (when rotated at the right) and becomes white. I don't think this i supposed to happen.
- I tried to install TomTom Navigator v7.910 build 9185. This doesn't work. I tried to install it on the device and on the sd card. In both cases it doesn't show progress and after 10 minutes I soft reset the phone. I tried a Maryone ROM (same Windows build) to see if the build of WM is the problem, but in Maryone it installs just fine.
- I installed a program called 'NoData' to block data through GPRS or HSDPA (as this can cost money and prevents programs from connecting). It installs fine but doesn't run. It gives an error when launched. I also tried this program with Maryone and in this ROM it workes fine.

I think I will downgrade for the time being because it doesn't seem to handle the things I want in my phone very well. I also like the round buttons at the taskbar more then the square ones.

Hi Mike this is the best rom i have tested on HD, and i tried them all!

1. it's smooth
2. smooth look, everything looks good...
3. everything is working.

only there are a few bugs, just to let u know...

i can't acces location service settings.
adding favorites may crash manila, u can use the trick by removing the line in the notes of the contactperson.

tom tom is working, but i installed it before on the sd card...so maybe u can give that a try!!

Anyone tested Navigon 7 with this ROM?

I feel that Mike makes EXELLENT NLD roms, i loved the 2.6 untill even the day of today (i have not flashed 3.0 so dunno bout that). I also think that Mike has done alot of work for us and i for one am very gratefull for this. Without inventing the wheel all over again hence Mike has this honor already, i still think that we lack a 6.5 version (with bottom bar AND able to run SBP shell in a normal way). I can't and won't ask Mike for this version adding to his workload.

Well now. What if i told u that i have made a stock 6.5 Rom NLD, 23071 that does NOT sport manilla (tf3d), has the round buttons on the bottom bar BUT lets u run SPB Shell 3.5 (WITH tilt sensor gyrator support).
It is pretty basic and has a few bugs BUT most stuff M$ puts init works.

Today i feel that i would like to share my work with those Dutch people that are fans of SBP shell. I am planning to release this rom for u guys today....
