Does anyone have T-Mobile Shadow now?

Yup -two here...

I've got mine after seeming my MOM use hers (ineffectively). I sat down and began playing with it and said- holycow this thing COULD rock. so I got a used one a few days ago and took it apart and customized it. I went from an ol' Moto RAZR V3 (various versions) which I hacked to pieces (all of them) and handed out to friends and family, to this.
Currently experimenting with WM6.5 but so far I think 6.1 is best: more support and themes from what I've found. I just love the keypad- it's not too small, but it's tiny regardless. Amazing little phones. The worst thing about it is that lack of a 1/8" headphone jack. I mean, even with the battery hacks, I want to sit and do stuff and STILL have a conversation while plugged in. I can of course, but why not have the 1/8" jack? HTC got smart with some of their other phones and put that in. Data+Voice at the same time is critical. Might have to go with a newer smartphone eventually.
For now, it rocks.

Update...

I just spent two days flashing the heck out of these, and loading custom ROM's. I unplugged them and pulled batteries and disconnected them at EVERY stage of flashing and was not able to BRICK either, in any condition (I whitescreened one while updating for a relative and they ordered a new one before I tried a hard-reset)... I really didn't want to, but they were in a serious bind, and I already told them I'd help them out. I wound up calling their cell phone carrier and explaining I was able to fix it with a hard rest and they were cool with that.

But I really was not able to toast any of these, doing anything. I tried every ROM I could DL off here that was in some way a functional one. Seriously nice phones. Too bad the CPU is so outdated and the screen isn't bigger...

I just got my wife one, but it came without any CD to install the windows mobile interface on my PC, it has WM6 can somebody help me to where to Download the software for the PC to sync and everything?
