Galaxy to Hero to Galaxy

Hi,
So presumably, in a little time, a Galaxy backup will appear. Then i can install it on my Hero and effectively have a new phone all over again, then switch between the OS's as I please, with Nandroid and a rooted phone?

Or is it not that easy?

yes its that easy, once you have aported galaxy rom for the HTC Hero you can just install it and if you dont like it you can change back to hero... But nandroid is not meant to be used to switch between Roms just like that... I man yoour saying it in a way that you can change it as many times in a day as you want....


You will loose setting from other os and messages and list goes on...

but if im not mistaken Galaxy uses the regular android Os without Htc Sense, so soon there will be roms with Cupcake only and NO Touch Flo!
