Default Official Hero RUSSIAN ROM. Where?
Hello,

I'm thinking of giving my Hero to my mom, but she doesn't speak english, so I wanna reflash to russian rom. Hero is officially supported in Russia, and there is russian rom(saw pictures). Any ideas where can I find it? Moreover, if I flash russian ROM, will this void HTC's warranty? Or reflashing back to english one will be fine?

I'm not sure russian is supported by separate rom rather than simply built-in.
You can enable russian in your device using this manual:
