I have usa t-mobile htc pro2 and I want to flash my phone to wm6.5 but before I flash do I need to unlock or something frist?please tell me thanks

Yes you do! Go into the Hard Spl thread at the top of the page and read everything and do what it says! After you have the Hard Spl on your phone you can start flashing the ROMs here!
