How Do You ROOT A DEVELOPERS G1?

Greetings All!!!

I am trying to ROOT my DEVELOPER'S G1. We have established it is not ROOTED already (even though Google claims it comes that way).

When I start he regular process of loading the "DREAMING.nbh" and try to flash it, I get the MULTI-COLOR BAR SCREEN, followed very quickly by a GREY SCREEN that reads "No Image Found" and then back to the MULTI-COLOR BAR displaying the phones information.

That information reds s follows:

DREA100 PVT 32B
HBOOT-0.95.0000
CPLD-4
RADIO-2.22.19.26I

I have tried downloading the TERMINAL EMULATOR as well, and when I type "su" to gain access, I am met with "Permission Denied".

Any help would be most appreciated.

Well I have asked a question that no one seems to be able to give me the answer to. If I can't flash the "DREAMING.nbh" how do I proceed?

I dont want to sound mean but you have a DEVELOPERS g1 and you cant root it.

First of all, I know it probably seems like you will get an answer faster by posting in the development forum instead of posting in the Q&A forum but honestly you aren't special. You don't deserve to get your question answered faster than anyone else. Sorry, we are all equal on xda.

What do you mean by "flashing" the dreaming.nbh? Please list the exact steps that you tried if you want any help.

And pretending like the people who are flaming you don't know how to fix your problems is not going to win you any points. Remember, you are the one asking for help.
