Install:
1-disable de tf3d2
2-install .cab
3-soft reset
4- re-enable tf3d again

If you find any icon missing tellme.
Its working in TF3D2 dont test it on TF3D if some one test it give me feadback.
The languange of your tfd3 is not changed.
