Default Unlocking Diamond (Sprint)

Are the instructions the same for the Non-CDMA? I don't want to brick my Sprint Diamond....

Thanks.

You will brick your phone if you try the gsm version of the unlock. I have a sprint diamond and i just unlocked it using this tutorial: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=36062

In order to load a custom ROM you must "unlock" the phone first. Thus, the need to unlock this CDMA phone first before playing around with cooked ROMs.

Try taking battery out, then place it back on, press DOWN and POWER it should go into programming mode, try installing the right unlocker.
