Default Hero ROM v. 2.73.405.5 officially released (SE)

And there it is:

So apparently it's the same build as modaco uses for his ROMs.

I imagine this will not work with Orange/T-Mobile branded phones?

Is there any diference between the final and the leaked one?

PS: Not if it matters, since it's a "Nordic" release, but just exchange "SE" for "NO" for the Norwegian webpage.

Doing the dirty right now, can't wait for it to be installed.

*Doh*, the readme provided is in doc format, so have to download a reader.. Looking forward to the update though!

Tried to download and it wont let me (my Hero is generic HTC) so i guess they have a regionalised serial number database.

Only a guess :s
