ROM-Upgrading freezes

I tried to install (german) images but it always freezes when the installer says

"Schreibe neues Betriebssystem...
Copying C:\Users\Max\Desktop\Projekte\PocketPC\WM65_C~1.6_ D\itsutils.dll to WCE:\windows\ItsUtils.dll

3 partitions, 2 binary partitions

It was the same problem with all images i tried to install:
WM 6.5 Chome by cYBERdEL
WM 6.5 M2D by cYBERdEL
WM 6.1 Diamond
TouchFlo WM 6 by Ridingshark

If I cancel the installation and reset the Charmer the appearing ROM-Number is right but it holds at the splash screen.
What am I doing wrong?

It doesn't freeze. That is normal! Wait 20 min. The screen will tell you that it was sucsesfull then.

Thank you, it works now. There should be a warning like "This can take up to half an hour. Please be patient".

There is a warning that it can take 20 minutes. At least in my English Version.
