Hot Fix for volume

Please help me download this http://www.htc.com/in/SupportDownloa...at=0&dl_id=519 as my phone is having the same ROM with same issue.

But still causing serial key problem as my mobo was changed later. And serial is of old ROM

You might want to give more details on your 'serial' issue.

Actually my Touch used to have Win 6.0. Later my developed a problem and its motherboard was changed by the service center. Now the new board has Win 6.1 and is having the low volume issue. Now when I try to download the hotfix from HTC site it asks for the serial. As my serial no. belongs to a phone having win 6.0(old rom) and that was not having the issue, so HTC site doesn't allows me to download the fix saying that the download doesn't applies to my phone. I hope I am clear this time

If you have your device ID and CID then you may be able to find an origonal shipped ROM with the update to fix it here.
