My VZ first impressions (sync fail with known issues)....

I first tried an outlook sync (we run outlook 2000/exchange 2000 at work) and tried a direct sync.

Fail.

I was trying wmwifirouter to go over vpn, and downloaded the AS 6.5 beta. Fail. Blue screen when I tried to sync. So wmwifi works just fine (1.5 version) here. Ok, then...

Removed all settings. Didn't even recognize the phone. Did a hard reset, and then finally got a sync off my personal laptop. I've got the AS and wifi fail problem on my work lappy. This is a known problem.

So after the hard reset, everything sync'd up just fine, I'm in and everything looks good.

This screen is EXACTLY what I was hoping the iphone to be, but let's not go there! It works, and it looks amazing.

Overall, this is the best money I have spent for the phone. My diamond on ATT will be going up for sale soon I've done some tests for data and a few phone calls, and this VZ network is very good!

Just wanted to mention the sync issues (on wifi) and report in!
