Default HTC Pharos only bootloader appeared not enter to Windows
Hi all...
I have a Pharos only bootloader appeared, not enter to windows, I don't have an original rom or cd which shipped with it. any one can help me to change rom from bootloader. I used mobiz hard-SPL but not worked ...

is your device unlocked?

then just answer the question he asked
run a checklist of what you should have done installing the rom. check were it might get wrong. and otherwise you still have a hard reset
