I tried to find an official wm 6.1 rom for my O2 Mini S, but I couldn't
If you have something like that, or a good rom, please send me.

I just have had my O2 mini for 2 days

There is no official 6.1 ROM for your device, find one of your choice in the windows mobile 6 section of wizard
Nexus 4 ,HTC One X and SE Xperia Pro
