Where can I find my original icons? Can I copy them to use on another phone?

Default Smooth Font

Can this application make icons smooth without having to replace them?

Thanks...

Nullstring great work! Your program makes life a lot easier.

I had an idea that might make the Start menu somewhat more usable:

I'm really hating WM Start menu's honeycomb layout and would prefer a rectangular sorted grid. That's not possible in WM 6.5. But why not add diagonal sorting to JWMD Icon Changer so we can at least have some kind of sorted grid. An example on a 5 column Start menu:

The left picture is sorted traditionally, the right is sorted diagonally:

Sorting is done like this:

The black numbers represent the 4 folders and 20 sorted shortcuts. The icons are sorted in the direction of the arrows.

The disadvantage is that even on a 5 column Start menu you can only add 20 shortcuts without the need for scrolling but in return you get predictable sorting.

Anyone got a solution for this problem?

Changing new icon names doesn't work for me

Erase all the icons files in --> Application Data --> HTC --> ProgLauncher ...

And soft rest. Done

I have a question i use befor the older version and also i use this version of Icon changer all work perfect and is really easy to use this tool.

Just one NOTE: no matter witch version i use after i change all my icons i saw that the scrolling is not smooth and fast like befor and this is in every ROM.
So for example without to change the Icons and to have icon changer installed in the Start Menu when im scrolling is smooth and fast after i install Iconchanger and change my Programs i do of course Soft eset and etc .. always the sckorling Is really BAD i mean not smooth and is 2 times slower than befor.
Do anyone have any idea?
Maybe need this app to have a kinetic scroll because seems after using the app my kenetic scrolling desapear mostly all 6.5 roms have cooked kenetic scrolling do is posible this program to disable it somehow?!
