ROM development has come to an end... Reason is i got a new device and had to sell my htc kaiser in the process.

i recently learned how to cook roms and had great help from many people (much appreciation to them)... cant mention all of them coz i probably dont remember but a few are TPC, OndraSter, mbarvian, joshkoss, S.V.I, Anryl, Da_g, stylez and more. sry if i dint mention u :P

FYI - i don't hold myself responsible for any damages caused by my roms. I advise that if u dont know what ur doing, do some research on how to flash a rom and always remember to have hardspl before flashing any custom rom, i would suggest reading the [Resources] Flashing Your First Kaiser Rom (For Noobs) thread

ok so i like full roms and i recently made a stable version with which im on my 3rd day now and i would like people to give their opinions on my rom i.e the things which may not be needed in a full rom or perhaps the things which should be added...

native 6.5 kernel is used in this rom (no more recmodding )

the rom is loaded, but its smooth as can be.

i would like to hear ur feedback so that we "together" can make the perfect full rom

oh i also recommend to extract the attached zip-compressed reg file into storage card/XDA_UC (recommended to put it before flashing) to maximize performance.

Backup your device before making any unfamiliar changes. Hell just backup anyway, you can never have too many backups, only too few.

Q. how do u install (flash) jjlaster3's roms?

Flashing Your First Kaiser Rom (For Noobs)
and before flashing, please make sure you have HardSPL installed. Also if using Vista or Win 7 (flashing thru pc) make sure you have administrator priviledges.

Q. i experience hard-reset issues (phone hardresetting for no reason) / soft reset issues / phone freezing alot

Re-flash to a stock rom. Then install JJ's. Then flash a recommended radio version.

Q. How do I fix issues with: no sound, camera problems, GPS issues, etc.?

Change your radio!
Recommended radios (which can be found in the ultimate radio thread) are as follows:

1.65.16.25 (if you have GPS problems then use this)
1.70.19.09
1.71.09.01 (if you have battery draining too fast, try this)

Q. Having problems with no Weather showing on today screen?

Q. Battery draining fast? Tried different radios already? Try these tips:

Reduce backlight time and brightness.
Turn off bluetooth, GPS, wifi, and direct-push when not in use.
Pressing the power button doesnt power off your device, it only sends it to sleep. To turn off fully hold the right side power button for 5 seconds and switch off device when not needed, i.e. overnight.

This seems to be radio dependant. Try the recommended radio 1.65.16.25.

Do you have a supported operating system and all drivers updated? IF not you may be able to get around this by using Microsoft Virtual PC to run a copy of XP.

You can't it's coded into the rom. You can however get around this by running SPB mobile shell or some other progam on top of it.

Q. Why won't my CAB file install?

It's not supported by this OS. Find a copy that is supported from the manufacturer, or search these forums.
Sometimes an interrupting program may be open so either softreset or hunt it down with a task manager

Q. You haven't installed the program I wanted. Why not?

Q. Problems not fixed from reading this FAQ or hard/soft resets? Try these:

If all else fails, try flashing back to a stock rom and radio, then reflash JJblaster3's rom with a recommended radio.
Install extra programs one at a time keeping backups at each stage to find the cause of your issues. Then post your findings giving as many details as possible.
