Default APP2SD Hero Terminal Commands?

Hey there, i just rooted my Hero and it's on the generic ROM, i would like to have APP2SD if possible, and i know there are several methods such as using modaco rom, or a one click APP2SD method.

But i prefer to do it through terminal commands or ADB shell. So does anyone have a guide how this can be achieved in the Hero? Is it similar to the terminal commands when done with the G1 in the beginning? Thank a lot for the help.
