[ASK] registry edit for video telephony

hi there, one thing i hate from my X1 is the 3G video call frame size. for me, its way too small for a 3 inch display. is there any apps or tweaks to make the display bigger? i've found this on registry :

the problem is, i'm not familiar with registry. i didnt know which to edit. any help guys? thanks,,
