Weird call / phone issue

ok!

I updated my TP2 to winmo 6.5 and it's quite nice.. except one really annoying thing..

When I press the send key or that Phone text, it should open that nice phone system which I could use to make calls.. right? atleast in 6.1 it went like that, but not anymore. no I got this weird screen which doesn't find any of my contacts, and calls could be made only with area code.

My questions is;
1.what did I do wrong that this went like this
2.is there any way that this 'new' phone thing could find my contacts, because it doesn't.
3. how can I get that normal phone thing back except by hard reset.

That shouldn't happen. Did you disable the Phone Skin using Advanced Config?

no I didn't disable anything.. (as I know ) but I made hard reset again, and now I'm testing this without PocketShield. I believe that PS was causing that problem.
Have anyone else had any problems with it?

That phone screen you see is the WM standard dialer. PocketShield has this option to enable the WM dialer for better performance, but you can just use it with your HTC dialer. To revert back to HTC dialer do Programs > PocketShield > Phone > Slide to answer > + > Yes (uncheck).
