How can this be done?

Hi, here are the steps I followed yesterday :

1. Download the ROM on HTC's support web site
2. run the EXE and clic "next" to extract the files on the temporary folder
3. type %temp% in your explorer
4. sort folders by date and open the most recent one
5. copy the .nbh file on a fresh FAT23 formated SDcard -> FAT32 ONLY
6. rename the file MAPLIMG.nbh
7. power up your phone in bootloader mode (power + volume down)
8. follow instructions on the screen
9. when complete, remove the battery a few seconds and replace it
10. power on your phone and let WM configure itself
11. enjoy

Some of the steps can take some time and let you think about an error or a freeze, don't panic, and let the process continue.
