Seido innocase problem

Hi there,
i've been using my seido case for like 2months now. Before it fits perfectly, now its a bit loose. After checking the case, I noticed that the part that locks the case has gone flat..(not chipped off) but its flat.
Anyone else getting this problem?

I haven't received my innocase yet for my dream/g1, but my previous innocase cases for my treo pro and kaiser/tytn ii have not had this problem (especially considering I had to open the case numerous times for the treo pro for resetting - which explains why I'm no longer using a WM phone!).

I have the same issue starting since this month too, but had it since january, I'm guessing because I switch off battery now and then
