Default Pics: Boxwave ClearTouch Anti-Glare vs OEM(HTC) Screen protector

Finally... my saga ended....

Order the Boxwave 9/28... somehow DHL/USPS lost my first order... boxwave made me wait till 10/14 before they would confirm the lost and ship me a replacement.

Now the replacement shipment finally arrived!

*as an aside, I think anyone who order the Sprint/VZW version with the GSM Front camera hole will be getting a free replacement without the hole from Boxwave!*

All pix, left is default HTC Screen protector included with the Sprint TP2
1 and 2 are both from unglare angle both with screen on 100% brightness
3 are from glare angle from a ceiling florescent light in my office
4-5 with LCD backlight brightness set to lowest (in hindsight i guess I should have done half brightness)
6-7 with LCD off

Pros
finger print resistant
anti-glare
less reflection/mirror (unless you want to use the screen as a makeshift mirrio þ )
nice textured feel when using stylus/finger

Con
some speckaling with light background
some lost in contrast/clairty

Another poster in a different ask if its "gritty"
answer would be when you first got it, its a little bit gritty, but after using it for half a day it would smooth out and no longer gritty at all

You do have to apply a tiny bit more pressure with the Boxwave AG vs the OEM SP, but its easy to get used to that.

The Boxwave was about 1mm shorter than the OEM SP (OEM being perfect fit) but this is acceptable and give some space to lift off the SP if necessary. (see near the buttons)

hope this help!
I would be glad to answer any questions, but may not reply instantly

and No i do not work for boxwave!

Thanks for the pics. Unfortunately it was a day too late, as I had already ordered mine after debating crystal vs anti-glare. This makes me feel better though that the grains of the AG won't be too bad on this screen. I had AG on my Vogue, and I really loved how it made fingerprints much less noticeable, but I was worried that the texture might look bad on a phone screen with more pixels than my first 15" monitor.
