Versions of the ROM:
Full: Complete set of HTC applications and other added utilities.
Lite: All HTC applications, except HTC Sense.
Lite Essentials: Only the essential packages to make your device to work with the latest build of Windows Mobile OS. Fully customizable. Maximum storage.
HTC Reworked: Tweaked HTC stock ROM, with speed and storage enhancements, without any added external application.

*- USB host functionalities (there are some problems with GPIOs, so.. don't expect it soon )
*- Eugenia Project's msmclk*
*- Chainfire D3D Patch
*- Camera patched for Extra SuperFine quality
*- Better video recording, MP4 VGA bitrate raised!

* Some users are claiming that the CPU was already scaling to 1GHz, maybe this happened with drivers included in new HTC/TMOUS ROMs. Anyway, for my personal experience, Eugenia Project's msmclk.dll performs better (device is faster) for unknown reasons.

It's impossible for now to get it to work instead of the Windows Mobile default one. We have to wait HTC to release a new fixed build of his enhancement.

Okay, it's premature now because we haven't got HardSPL but when we'll get it, the flashing of custom ROMs will be possible and this project will be fully started.

However, anyone got the final ROM for HTC Leo?
If someone links me to this then it'll be possible to start cooking and solve early problems (crash of kitchen and other) so I'll be ready for releasing the ROM when HSPL will be ready

wow, kinda like everyone's preparing for war quietly here Sold my Touch HD. I'm getting the HD2 on the 28th Nov, hope Hardspl is available by then!

I sold my TD2 and preordered HD2 too...

Plenty of early interest. I will be getting mine as soon as O2 releases them, and ditch/dump/throw my Touch Diamond, not that I hate it or anything, but HD2... ummm... looks delicious ..
