ASync issue and ebooks

Hi folks,

dunno whether this info is helpful to anyone - but let´s figure that out later.
I also came across the ASync issue since the rom before the latest.
BTW: it´s the best rom out there for me. the tweaked quick links - swype without slowing everything down, the login-bug removed - just marvellous!!!!
back to the AS issue:
my older x1 and the touch diamond of my girlfriend all had the issue that synching doesn´t work with the check set for faster transfers. As soon as you removed that check and rebooted - everything was fine. From your last but two and the last rom on these systematics seemed to be flipped upside down. Now it´s the standard not working any longer, but the check for faster transfers works wonders and sped up all the installation processes.
no hard feelings - but should it be me this time solving the problems others have?

EDIT: I´m still desperately waiting for further roms of yours - in my opinion it´s the greatest rom out there

EDIT2: please - never ever come up with the idea to swap the classic and stylish soft buttons for that square win 7 crap - it´s looks kiddy-like eye candy worth nothing and -even more - causes issues with software which rely on the htc standard arrangement for soft keys.

so keep up your superb work - even though I´m not sure whether there is much more room for improving perfect roms!!!

EDIT3: my only request: how can I insert your (borders) ebooks with the wonderful covers and finger flicking???
this gutenberg.net epub files don´t do the job Much appreciated if anyone could teach me how to add many more ebooks like white fangs (or the lost dracula and tolstoy)

Is this ActiveSync issue only when i sync an exchange-account over Internet? Or is it when i sync my HD2 with Outlook on my Desktop-PC by cable?

Is this error in every new ROM from the other cooks too or only in the HD2O-ROMs? Is it because of the new HD2-Versions (1.66, 2.09 and so on) or because of the WM 6.5 builds (21xxx and so on)?
