The third beta seems to be causing some trouble, so I suggest you all move back to the second or use the old customziation CABs for now. A (usable) fourth beta will be available soon, then the final release. Stay tuned!

I think I'll stick with the first version, simply because the graphics look best this way. Making it smaller leaves odd effects on the spacing, same applies for the menu selectors.

The video shows all three versions of the app, you'll have to skip somewhere to the end and you'll see the third beta.

The menu selectors as big as the default Classic Blue, they just look bigger because the image is different. Making it smaller would result in the above stated issue. The arrows are a bit pixelated, will fix it in the next version.

i've got a big problem: I installed the newest Version of Livven SimpleGloss on my Samsung Omnia with Windows Mobile 6.1. But there it dosen't change the color of the Selectors to the Glass-Effect..... Now it ist a grey bar - verry bad! Now my Question: Is there any way to restore the old Win Mobile 6.1 Style? I need you Help!!!

i forgot s.th. : After deinstall the Livven SimpleGloss-Application the Problem is awy... After a Soft-Reset , too

Im working on a simple fix for people who get the unskinned menu selectors

To fix the problem where it isnt skinning the selectors in menus, run the .exe Ive uploaded and then reset the theme (by either restarting your phone or change the theme to something else and then back again)

If you use the 3rd version of my editor to edit the selector again, you will have to run the .exe every time.

(the fix.exe is in a zip file, you will have to unzip it first)

But: Is it possible to set all changes (now grey) to the windows-blue back ?
Because i saw that the progress bars and background of standard-messages are dark grey too... Its really bad!!! Please help me!!!

I forgot to tell: after the second start of fix.exe there is only a error-massage when i'll start the fix.exe i mean:
1.start : Massage("Fixed")
2.,3.,4.,..... Start: Don't start......

:s that fix.exe should have fixed it.. hence the name :/

Maybe you could try changing to another theme other than the Livven SimpleGloss one? :P

I don't think the fix.exe is necessary as skinning of the menu should be controlled by the TSK, so you won't need this in the next version. And Cris, it doesn't work for cpu32 because he uses WM 6.1 .

Das Theme funktioniert nur auf WM 6.5 und höher, um zurück zum Standard-Theme zu wechseln, musst du auf Einstellungen>Persönlich>Heute gehen und dort ein anderes Theme auswählen. Aus diesem Grund funktioniert der Fix auch nicht. I helped him in German, hope you don't mind.

Okay, I'll change this back. But still, the theme won't work correctly for you as you have WM 6.1.

I know, its just that in your TSK, it says the selector filename is "Livven_Selector.png" but my app was coping the files across and calling it "Livven_Selector_Black.png" (or the other way round, I cant remember)

I think I must have looked at the wrong TSK when I was coding it :P

the little fix.exe checks if the file exists & then renames the file back to the correct name

(it has to check first or else it would crash if it tried to rename a file that doesnt exist. lol)
