im having a prob i ran the unlocker and it said every thing worked but my radio still says wv and if i run the wu radio i get the error

see if you have Security unlocked text in bootloader. if not, rerun unlocker from step 2

one question, what is the difference between this and having verizon sim unlock my phone? does this unlock anything in addition to verizon's unlock?
