Default Body guardz scratches

I just installed body guardz on my Tilt 2.. I put it in my pocket and when I took it back out, I noticed there was a pretty notable size scratch on the screen. In light, you could see the rainbow line where the scratch is. Is there a way to fix this, or do I have to get it redone?

I heard that overtime it disappears.. is it true?

lol man, If you quite sure that the mark is already existed, try contacting their customer services. Their customer services is great according to my experiences.

Cheers

I've had BG on my phone for a few weeks now. My rainbow scratches have not disappeared. I believe my scratches are on the surface with the adhesive.
Current Phone: HTC Tilt2
ROM: Valkyrie v5.1 FireStorm

I went back to the store and they told me it was "just the surface texture of the bg." That makes no sense to me.. I payed good money for cover that has a flaw in it?

I had a bg on my blackberry before.. and this never happened.

SO frustrating.
