You need to have HardSPL 1.56 installed on your device. More info here :

I suggest to make and Hard Reset before and above all AFTER flashing.

The last but not least tip is intended for people who send many SMS every day. I attached a cab which disable HTC Messaging (Thanks to Zenyee) which is surely better looking but also a little bit slower than WM Messaging especially when you send lot and lot of messages! So don't bother if you find it slow! It is imported from a LEO rom which is a device with 500mhz more of processor and over than 200mb more of RAM...

It could make a data connection suddenly after the first customization.
Don't worry it makes so only once and you can disable it through the Comm manager.
It doesn't make video calls due to the newest Leo packages!
