Thanks for the app. Is it possible to use this app for determining Northings and Eastings in land/area mapping?

How are the maps in rural areas? I live in an urban one by comparison, but 15 minutes outside of Little Rock is pure forest, and I like to kick it out there. It's good to be able to shoot, burn, and blast stuff without the po'po' rollin' up.

Is this available on Android? If not, is there a similar application?

Are there any plans of making this application available to non-touch screen devices? (htc dash 3g)

Well, at least for OpenStreetMap you can easily find the answer yourself: just go to the OSM website, enter the name of your place in the searchbox and have a look at the available map details. (or try this direct link if your profile details are still correct and I am not mistaken)

And if you're missing some details you can easily add them to OSM yourself....

I guess you could still add them manually again (have a look at older versions for the correct settings ).
But as the OCM admins started complaining about traffic from NaviComputer they might sooner or later decide to block these requests on their servers. And then you're stuck again.

Is it still really necessary to have administrator privileges for the PC setup? This was already mentioned earlier in this thread, but there doesn't seem to be a real solution available....

Just like kuifje in the a.m. post I don't have admin rights on a corporate computer - but as I do have some advanced rights I am allowed to install software on this PC as long as it doesn't try to setup new drivers in the system or install in C:\ drive.
