I got the moto personal phone portal to install. Im guessing one has to download the pc software too?!

Just pull the apps out of the DUMP. I am trying it on 2.0 so far they do indeed work.

No turn it on and then navigate to the address it gives you in the app in your browser

tell me if im wrong... but does this dump even have navigation? i think it is just 3.2.0

From what i remember, navigation is USA Only so they had no intent to put navigation on this phone because it is NOT a U.S. Phone...guess we will still have to wait.

Arrow hey .. any help for the noob

I just install facebook over a regular application and works well,need some other applications and try to install the maps in the same way and could not. any help in the commands to install from adb shell please I,m in mt3g so no keyboard I'm in 1.6 lasted donut

We were talking about the phone portal, but yes the nav is US only

The Maps.apk from the original sholes dump was 1057 KB. The GSM Maps.apk comes in at 2563 KB. Both are version 3.2.0. Maybe the new version needs additional files/libs and has some version checks built in?

There's something we're missing here. The Maps.apk here is identical to the CDMA dump, just un-odexed. What's preventing us from Google Navigating?
