The framework, we need the un-odexed Maps framework from the USA Droid. We do not have this.

All the hashes of the resources are the same so I'd say it's the same. But we need the Maps framework as well, if that isn't detected, navigation will not launch.

This is a long shot, but I noticed Streets.apk is included... any chance this has relevance to navigation? Since they're integrated, perhaps Maps.apk and Streets.apk need to both be pushed?

have installed both maps and street. no navigation yet. still looking.

pretty sure the version of "street.apk" didnt change from Android 1.6 to 2.0

Is it just a matter of copying the relevant frameworks over as well? Like com.google.android.maps.jar?

changed out /system/framework/com.google.android.maps.jar

and
/system/etc/permissions/com.google.android.maps.xml

edit: also swapped out googleapps.apk

still nothing
