Sprint HTC Hero Flip Clock

I have a question, I have a Sprint Hero that i've had for about 3 weeks and since I bout it I have never seen the (Flip Clock) actually flip, like it does on the commercials or even on the European model that was reviewed on YouTube is my phone not set up properly or does the sprint one doesn't actually do it also some pages on the internet i go to that have flash I get the damn F! icon where flash is supposed to be , I know only like 75% of the pages that have flash work but I go into eBay all the time and on the Damn iPhone I left for this Hero, I actually saw the Page load up fine with all the pictures and squares or what ever you call them! But on the Hero I get the F! what the heck is going on iPhone doesn't have flash but I can see the pictures moving I even made a side by side comparison with the Hero and my Palm Pre and again the Palm pre shows the full complete page and the hero has the (f!s) Can someone help me! Thanks

Flip clock does not actually flip due to performance issues.

I get the same issue with flash on multiple pages, but I am beginning to believe that strictly flash 10 videos are not fully supported yet.
