help! changing default browser with (windows default) not using sense

im using miri's manilla 2.1 rom but i decided not to use touch flow 3d.

on the "today" screen(now looks like a long flashy list rather than tf3d), the default browser is internet explorer how can i change this to opera (by registry hack or with cabs)
