Default Just got my phone and got a problem already, not happy!

The volume up button doesn't work

Does anyone know how to hard reset these phones? Going to try that first before I ring DeviceWire.

Just found out how to hard reset:

"With the phone turned off, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons, then press the END/POWER button shortly and release it."

Going to be a bit impossible to do if the volume up button doesn't work lol. Looks like I'll be sending it back for replacement then grrrrrr.

You can always hard reset through the clear storage app in settings

Don't think it's really going to help though mate. If I can't hard reset it in the normal way then it's obviously a hardware fault rather then software.

Thanks anyway though.

It's an electronic device. Something will always go wrong in at least one product.

Hope you get it sorted soon mate.
