samsung omnia i900 t-mobile brand flashing

Hello,

I have a samsung omnia i900 but i have a problem
its tmobile branded (dutch) and i want to flash it with http://www.modaco.com/content/i900-g...search-thread/ or at least a original or better rom file without the tmobile crap!
My phone is loaded with it but the flashing is easy to this rom from this forum.
But now is the problem how can i change the lang from english to dutch again on any rom i download on the internet?
Before i upgrade i want to see if it is possible because i want to have it localised to my own not that i cannot read english but its mutch easier
