Lost Visual Voicemail

Help, please. I have followed all instructions to a T and lost most of my apps, especially visual voicemail. I did a backup and apps are not coming back. Anyone help me get voicemail back or have any suggestions? PLEASE HELP

This is a thread in here. The box appeared to be there but looked very different and when I clicked it, box popped up saying that program is no longer linked to phone

I am pretty sure everyone has gone through it more than enough times that the actual link didnt matter

No worries anymore - did a factory wipe and took it back to square one

to get your visual voicemail back just re-install sprint_core.apk, its under system/app
