Qtek 2020 error 112 upgrade message

Junior Member - OP Thanks Meter 0 Posts: 3 Join Date: Nov 2009	Qtek 2020 error 112 upgrade message Hello all, sorry if this is something thats been gone over time and again, but I'm new to all this DIY up-0grading and the Forum, so sorry in advance. I am trying to upgrade tha above from WM3 to WM6,. The USB is connected and working fine, until just before the software upgrade, then the USB message goes from the device and seconds later I get the error 112 communication error. Does anybody have any ideas as to why this is happening?. Grateful for any advise you can give to a Upgrade/Forum virgin....Cheers Segger0151.
