how do i uninstall any zip file applied?

one quick question
I downloaded a HTC-CIME
its not for mt3g but somehow i didn't notice
is there any way i can uninstall it?

btw, i can't find HTC-CIME for mt3g
anyone has it?
or the page

go into the settings, applications, application manager and uninstall Touch Input from there.

I have installed makdroid theme on Galaxy pocket.It was a zip file and i installed it via CWM. m using Makdroid2 rom on 2.3.6 xxlf5. Now i wan to uninstall that theme due to some problems. I have checked it in applications but nothing is there. pls help me out.
