Default defective screen?

my imagio screen is tweaked I can see a little fluid in the screen and it will not respond to any touch. Did hard reset twice but no change. I have to bring it in tomorrow to a store, cust service was no help said they may charge me. At 37 days now this blows.

A hard reset should put the phone back to the factory software state unless you mean a storage card, but then you should take that out before replacing it since that's your own. =)

they are replacing it, I didn't undo my changes before I went in to the store. The guy there said I didn't have to. I have to wait to have it shipped from warehouse-no store stock within 100 miles. Maybe by Monday? I can only accept phone calls with it.

I had the same thing happen to me yesterday. I noticed my screen wasn't responding very well in the center, then I looked closer and this is what I saw

Sending it back to Verizon when my replacement arrives on Monday. Completely a hardward problem

leads right into not responding at all. I guess the fluid between the layers bleeding out. I think the capacitive screen responds to the stylus when the layers make contact?

started having issues with tje touchscreen.. took it to the store and the first words out of the reps mouth wad "what did you do to it ?"

lol...

then he says that it is normal to have the colored swirls like in the picture posted and that it wad from the oil on my fingers.. lol again.. at that point I say that none of the display devices have this and I showed him how the scrolling jumps around on the applications list..

he ordered me a new one and it will ne here in two days...

anyone else having this issue?
