Whats Keeos running on my phone

At 16.45 every day my phone wakes up and the wait icon spins round for about 1min then goes off how can ifind out what is running????

Try this Task Manager. It's quite old, but it should work fine on your Diamond. Have a look at the processes tab. This will show you everything that's running in the background. That's assuming whatever your device is doing, it's doing it in the background?
