can someone please tell me step by step how to do this

To this:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\Manila]
"HomeLSKText"=""
"HomeLSKPath"=""

I have PHM registry editor but I have no idea how to do it. I would appreciate any help, thanks in advance.
