Dutty Taskmanager impossible to reinstall ..?

I just installed "Disable clock Flip" by replacing 5fa4d4b7_manila into windows folder (disable before HTC Sense), and now can't have Dutty tasmanager X in the upper right corner.
I undid all the operations, tried to reinstall TouchX taskmanager, copied the taskmanager link into Windows\start, but no way ...
Installation is performed without error, but "X" taskmanager Icon doesn't show on the top right home screen ..

How can I fix this issue ?

Problem solved.
In fact was due to "Flip It" app. Just uninstalled and it is OK.

Remark : Any Flipit release that could be OK ?

Try using Changescreen instead of flip it. I find it works as well

Plz do you have a link, 'cause I can't find "changescreen" within that forum with search tool ....
