G1 Won't Boot

so today i was trying to change my current JF ROM to CyanogenMod and everything seemed to be going well untill the second reboot. My g1 stayed at the tmobile G1 screen and wont go past it. i dont think my phone is bricked because i can use the HOme+Power and go to that screen. However thats all i can do. What can i do to make my phone work again?

do you have the cyanogens 1.4 loader?
