Over at PPC Geeks, I found 60672 which was dated as December, 2010.
I won't use it right now, but it is downloaded.

I would rather update the PRL manually your way then to chance messing up the data connection using the auto PRL code, or the UPDATE PRL icon.

Already forgotten.

PS: Didn't forget about the coffee and muffin. Need to have a friend send it out for me and won't be over there till next week.

Default PRL Updating

Easy. Most HTC Touch phones use 026320.
NOTE: For error free results using MSL Grabber, do a soft reset after the installation, then turn off data connection, and use the 'Flight Mode' if the device has it. (FM turns off data connection automatically). Remember to re-enable the data connection, and remove Flight Mode.

...... and also you will have to have the PRL that you want to use somewhere in your memory card. Once you have this, simply go into Programs > Phone Codes > PRL. Once you go in there, it will ask you if you want to edit it and say yes. Then, simply browse and look for the PRL in question in your memory card, select it, and hit update/ok/ or something like that (I forget what the command is).... and voila.... you are all set
I found the Phone Codes folder under Windows/StartMenu/Programs/System Tools. I thought that it WAS under root Programs/Phone Codes when I flashed, but it is not there anymore.

Anyway, ##775# should start the update PRL process as well.

Haven't tried either yet. NO need.

QA

PS: I certainly am enjoying the Vogue! Now I know why HTC/Sprint and MS would not release an OEM copy of 6.5 to us. We'd never buy new phones! The Vogue is a winner and I dont' see me swaping it out for a long time.

Just so I am sure I can do this, I can Flash from a 1GB Fat32 sd card, if I rename image file to VOGUIMG.NBH and place phone in bootloader mode?

Sorry, flash from 512mb Fat32 card, rename file to ruu_signed.NBH and put phone in bootloader mode..it should flash new Winmo? Right now am running LMiller rom, but want to try Xevrev release.

Update, I got it to flash using ruu utility.
I couldn't seem to do it from sd card via bootloader mode though. But for some reason Win 7 seemed to co-operate for me this time.

I'll play with this and then maybe try flashing an Android to Nand

Your previous post was correct. nbh file needs to be renamed to VOGUIMG.nbh, placed on the root of the card, and let it flash from bootloader.

Thanks Egz, I thought it was correct. It didn't seem to want to work though. But I got it flashed using RUU utility and a netbook with Win7.
Merry Xmas to you

Sorry, I am really thinking of flashing Scoot's cyanogen mod to Nand, just have to do some more reading

Truth be told, I have never been able to get my Vogue to flash from SD for some reason... the procedure is there (and I know I followed it down to the T, but nothing good ever came out of that )

Merry Christmas to you too
