Wait 'till the patched spl is released. After that I need some time for testing the rom. Once this is published you can upgrade the spl and install any custom (non-hTC) rom.

Hi,

yes, you need HSPL to flash ("install") a custom ROM. WWE (World Wide English) does not include chinese. I think you can change the lang in manila/sense though, if this lang is supported.

First you flash the HSPL, then the new ROM. Dont know what you mean with "safety HardSPL upgrade"?

I have to put my 2 cents in too for changing the BT stack... I would IMMEDIATELY download and use this ROM if it got rid of the rubbish Widcomm stack that does not play nice with so many devices and apps.... a donation would definetely be made to the first person who can put a clean fast ROM using a MS BT stack
