Display Menu question

Hey let me explain my question i recently got my htc from my dad. But the menu is only showing the start button and text en agende in small icons below it. I want my touch this way








My phone isnt even showing the menu bar at the bottom. Maybe you guys can help me .

Maybe doing this will help.
Press Start > Settings > Today. Go to the Items tab and tick the Touch Flo option.

That's called Touch Flo 3D

Touch Flo 3D is HTC's user interface that comes with the Diamond.

It is probably disable on your phone and you can get it back up in "Settings":

Setting -> Today -> Items
Check "HTC Touch Flo" (you can uncheck everything else)
(restart the phone if no change happens)

There you go...
Now your next step is to look for a nice cooked ROM and get rid of that old stock ROM!
