Wallpaper Plus in Eclair 2.0

guys, is Wallpaper Plus working in Eclair 2.0 or 2.1? when i add file in wallpaper plus in eclair aosp 2.0 it just doesnt save the file. any1 else having issues or something? cheers

is there any other way to make wallpapers non-scrollable? i hate this scrolling wallpaper thing. i just want to put a single 360*480 pic of my son and want it fixed. do u guys think its possible without using external apps? and is thre anyother app than wallpaper plus?

any idea if there is any way to contact the developer? eclair has been in the market for a long time now. and most of the softwares have become compatible with eclair. but wallpaper plus hasnt been compatible with eclair. so there must be a reason behind this. talking to the developer might clear the confusion.
