S630 (Cavalier 100) Keyboard off

Hi friends, I just flashed my cavalier 100 from WM60 to 6.5, it works fine but, I don't know why the keyboard comes off, any letters respond. Some times after many resets comes back again but,, suddenly turn off!

There is a hot fix or tip to solve this issue?

Does this only happen on the 6.5 ROM?

And...is your kmap file correct?

I downgrade to WME 6.1, and went to the agency and chage the SIM (2 hours ago) for now it is working. I didn't try the new SIM with WME 6.5 yet, but I will and let you know!
